What is TypeScript?
JavaScript with added type checking, which catches mistakes before your site builds.
Astro supports TypeScript out of the box, and files like content.config.ts use it. You don't have to learn it to use Astro, but the extra checking is why Astro can warn you when a blog post is missing its title.
